Privacy Policy - Purposes and methods of processing personal data

We recommend that you read this chapter carefully in order to understand how we collect and use your personal data and for what purposes. This Policy also applies in the event that the data subject accesses the Site and uses the related services, but does not purchase any product or interact with the site.

Data provided voluntarily: these are the data provided by the optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site, which entails the subsequent acquisition of the email address and any other data provided by the sender, necessary to respond to requests, and for which explicit consent to processing must be given each time, otherwise the message will not be sent. Or voluntary subscription to newsletter lists to receive commercial information. These are also voluntary and clearly indicated and explicit.

Any phone numbers may be used in the case of registrations for events or manifestations for communications regarding the conduct of the same. In no case will they be used for communications other than those for which authorization has been granted. In particular, they may be used for communications also via SMS.

The retention periods for this data are: For submissions made via forms, 1 year, and their purpose is to verify that emails sent from the site form have actually reached the email inbox. For newsletters, the data is retained until revoked by the customer, who can unsubscribe or request to be deleted (right to be forgotten) from the lists to which they voluntarily registered at any time.

Data provided by mere browsing and/or by simply accessing the home page: these are all those data, some of which are implicit and inevitable in the use of internet protocols, such as the acquisition of the browsing IP address, which is also necessary to protect the site from hacker or Brute Force attacks.

This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties or with voluntarily provided data, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment.

This data is used solely to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and may be stored in system logs necessary for the operation of the site itself until their deletion. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this eventuality.

The retention periods for this data vary according to needs; for example, IPs could end up on a blacklist to protect the site, or logs could be necessary for judicial investigations, so it is not possible to provide a logical basis for the retention period of this data.
